Game Programmer (Unreal Engine – Blueprint/C++)

We’re passionate about helping new talent gain hands-on experience, build real skills, and create industry-grade work in a collaborative environment.
We’re looking for a Game Programmer to join our development team. This role focuses on building gameplay systems, tools, and mechanics in Unreal Engine using Blueprints and/or C++.
We’re not hiring professionals. We’re looking for early-stage talent, people who are still learning but have a solid understanding of programming concepts and a real interest in making games that work and feel great to play.
What You’ll Do
Implement gameplay features and mechanics using Unreal Engine (Blueprint or C++)
Collaborate with designers and artists to bring ideas to life in-game
Optimise performance and maintain clean, efficient code
Help set up systems like input, UI, character movement, and basic game logic
Troubleshoot bugs and polish interactions for a smooth gameplay experience
What We’re Looking For
Experience with Unreal Engine (Blueprints and/or C++)
A good understanding of programming logic and problem-solving
Interest in making gameplay feel responsive and fun
Willingness to learn and work with both visual scripting and code
A portfolio, GitHub link, or any sample projects (even if simple or unfinished)
